My my my, how long has it been? After my string of unsuccessful dates, I gave up on finding love ... that is until a friend introduced me to a dating app for my iPhone! So I've loaded up OK Cupid and I'm ready to go. The sign up process was much like the ones for eHarmony and Match, with the exception of the questions ... so many questions ... from math to religion to sex and everything in between, the questions kept coming. After about an hour of answering, Cupid told me (in a nice way of course) that it appears that I really just don't give a sh!t about too many things ... I could have told him that, without wasting an hour of my time! Immediately after I put up my profile, the messages started coming in. Nothing too crazy ... I chatted with "W", a boy 15 years my junior, and we have plans to meet in the future so I can be his wing-woman. And then we have this little doozy from "B" ... one of my pet peeves is bad grammar, and "B" takes it to a whole new level ... read on:
"Hi there, I am on brake looking a pretty faces. Your it hands down."
My goodness, I don't even know what to say to this one .... guess I'm a bit out of practice! But I suppose it's like riding a bike! Well, I've got a full InBox so I'm sure I'll be posting more soon ...
